My name is Ny! I am an Alkaline vegan, personal trainer, and hairstylist located in Houston, TX. I was born and raised in NJ, #JerseyGirl for life! I have been inspiring and motivating many for as long as I can remember from my healthy lifestyle to my out of the box thinking. 

I have been an athlete all my life including basketball, volleyball, & track& field. Therefore, becoming a personal trainer was natural for me.​

I received a full scholarship to play D1 college basketball at NJIT in New Jersey before transferring my sophomore year to LIU Post in Long Island. Here, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing.
